Job summary

CADD Centre is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Chennai. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, identify qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, recruitment knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, in-person role based at Anna nagar, Chennai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, BA, or related field.
• 13 years of recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.
• Source candidates through portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
• Shortlist candidates based on requirements and fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the process.
• Coordinate documentation and background checks as applicable.
• Support offer negotiation and joining formalities.
• Maintain a strong pipeline for current and future roles.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout hiring.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and prepare appropriate job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate documentation and background verification, where applicable.
• Support offer negotiation and joining formalities.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.
• Support other HR activities and initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 13 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.
• Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment portals.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
