Qualifications

• Post graduation in Human Resources is mandatory.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in bulk hiring preferable.
• Experience in BPO recruitment is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Designation: Executive/ Sr. Executive - Talent Acquisition

Preferred: Only Male Candidate

Work type: Work from office

Experience: 6 months - 2 years (Experience from Bulk Hiring (Consultant/ Corporate) is preferrable.

Work Location : Chennai One IT Sez, Thoraipakkam, Chennai - 600097.

Job Description:

• To source and identify prospective candidates using a variety of job Portals.
• To Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications based on job requirements.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
• Should be a good Team Player / Decision Maker.
• Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods will be an added advantage.
• Having prior expertise in bulk hiring will be an added advantage
• Experience in BPO hiring / experience in consultancy working for BPO requirements will be an added advantage.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.

Education and Experience:

Post graduation in Human Resources is mandatory.
