Job Title:HR Recruitment Intern

Experience: 0-1 year in Recruitment (internship or related experience)

1. Support in Recruitment Cycle:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and timely followups.

2. Sourcing Candidates:

• Help identify potential candidates through various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

3. Interview Coordination:

• Organize and manage interview schedules, sending reminders to candidates and interviewers.
• Gather feedback from interviewers and update candidate status in the recruitment system.

4. Onboarding Assistance:

• Support the HR team with onboarding new hires, preparing offer letters, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
• Assist in ensuring a smooth transition for new employees during the onboarding process.

5. Administrative Support:

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining recruitment records, reports, and documentation.
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve recruitment processes.

6. Learning & Development:

• Learn about recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and sourcing strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest recruitment tools, platforms, and industry trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
