What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO, Inside Sales, and other business roles.
• Source quality candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and shortlist the best talent.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Roll out offer letters and follow up with candidates until successful onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Meet hiring targets while ensuring quality recruitment within timelines.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2-5 years of recruitment experience.
• Prior experience in BPO or Inside Sales hiring is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
