Job summary

ESP Engineered in India, Telangana, Hyderabad is seeking an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. The role collaborates with department heads, supports onboarding, and serves as a point of contact for HR inquiries.

You will oversee performance management, training coordination, HR policies, benefits administration (ESIC, leaves), payroll collaboration with the finance team, and events that promote a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • BBA or degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven HR experience, preferably in the study abroad and immigration industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices; confidential handling of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Job description

The HR Executive is responsible for managing various human resources functions to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with relevant employment laws.

Duties and Responsibilities

Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment

Conduct onboarding tasks of new employees during the recruitment process.

Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.

Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances, conducting investigations when necessary, and promoting a healthy work environment.

Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.

Guide managers on performance-related matters.

Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.

Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures following legal requirements and industry best practices.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Administer employee benefits programs, including ESIC, leave policies and other perks.

Organize events and activities that promote a positive workplace culture.

Assist in conducting exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.

Keep a CRM of all employee details and document it accordingly.

Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with benefit-related inquiries.

Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Address payroll-related inquiries from employees.

Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Collaborate with HRM and Assistant HR. for the smooth functioning of the HR department.

Education: BBA/ Degree in a related Field

Experience: Experienced

Special knowledge, abilities and skills:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in the study abroad and immigration industry. Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office. Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive HR information. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Adaptability and ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
