Job summary

Zebl India Private Limited in Hyderabad is seeking an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR processes, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll support and policy implementation. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
  • 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or employee relations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, and documentation is a plus.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employment practices.
  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll support, and employee documentation is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRMS tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
