RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Recruitment & Hiring: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.
• Employee Management: Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Onboarding & Training: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires and assist in organizing training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• HR Operations: Handle day-to-day HR activities, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team-building events, and initiatives to improve workplace culture.
• Performance Management: Assist in performance evaluation processes and track employee progress.
• SOP Implementation: Follow and implement SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) guidelines across the organization to ensure consistency and smooth operations.
