• Create and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs while assessing candidate's fitment for the role and company culture.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, preferred profiles, and expected timelines.
• Manage candidate communication professionally, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct smooth onboarding and induction of new employees end to end.
• Liase with employees and handle other HR and day to day operational functions
