Job summary

Radiant Techsolutions in India is seeking an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, build and implement HR processes, and support performance and talent development. Based in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, you will contribute to scalable HR architectures and partner with leadership to align people strategies with business goals.

You will drive employee engagement, support L&D and OD initiatives, and help cultivate a positive, high-performance culture across the organization.
