Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive and Recruiter with 2 to 7 years of experience to manage our core human resources functions. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment, oversee employee life-cycle management, administer payroll, and ensure smooth execution of performance management and statutory compliance.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Design and execute effective sourcing strategies via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and coordinate face-to-face or virtual technical/HR interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate pipeline, negotiate offers, and oversee post-offer engagement to minimize drop-offs.
- Facilitate smooth joining formalities, background verification, and structured onboarding induction programs for all new hires.
2. HR Operations & Employee Relations
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date physical and digital employee records, personnel files, and HR management systems (HRMS).
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees, resolving day-to-day queries, grievances, and employee relations issues professionally.
- Oversee attendance management, leave tracking, and exit clearance procedures (full and final settlements).
- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communication to foster a positive workplace culture.
3. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Gather, verify, and input monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, overtime, loans, and deductions.
- Coordinate with the finance/accounts team to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
- Ensure complete adherence to statutory compliance and local labor laws (e.g., PF, ESI, professional tax, PT, PT, etc.).
- Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure company-wide alignment and risk mitigation.
4. Performance Management System (PMS) & HR Processes
- Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) cycles, including goal setting (KPIs/KRAs), mid-term reviews, and annual appraisal processes.
- Streamline standard operating procedures (SOPs) for core HR processes to enhance administrative efficiency.
- Prepare routine HR metrics, reports, and dashboards (e.g., headcount, attrition rates, time-to-hire) for senior management reviews.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA in HR or Post Graduate Diploma in Management/HR is a strong plus).
- Experience: 2 to 7 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and generalist HR operations.
- Key Skills: Strong proficiency in Recruitment, HR Policies & Procedures, PMS, HR Operations, Payroll, HR Compliance, and HR Processes.
- Competencies: Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
