Job summary

Writer Corporation in Pune, India is seeking a proactive HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment and manage bulk hiring to align with business needs. You will coordinate with hiring managers, operations and vendors, while driving employee engagement, retention and HR processes.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and proficiency in MS Excel for HR MIS. Immediate joiners preferred, with MBA/PGDM in HR as a preferred qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination and onboarding.
• Handle bulk hiring and ensure timely closure of open positions as per business requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers, Operations teams and recruitment vendors.
• Manage employee engagement, grievance handling and employee relations.
• Drive employee retention, attrition control and HR initiatives.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, attendance coordination and exit formalities.
• Support performance management, disciplinary matters and employee counselling.
• Ensure HR policy compliance and effective implementation of HR processes.
• Coordinate with Payroll and Operations for employee-related issues.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, employee trackers and HR reports.

Candidate Requirements

• 24 years of experience in Recruitment, HR Operations and HRBP activities.
• Experience in bulk hiring and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
