The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in HR roles with talent acquisition, payroll processing, rostering, and HRMS software experience, coupled with excellent communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in HR Executive/Generalist/Specialist roles with expertise in talent acquisition, payroll processing, rostering and HRMS software.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
