Job summary

Writer Corporation in Navi Mumbai seeks an experienced HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. The role covers sourcing, screening, onboarding, employee engagement and retention initiatives, with coordination across managers and vendors.

The ideal candidate has HR leadership experience, strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel and HR MIS. Immediate joiners are preferred for this critical staffing function.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 24 years of experience in Recruitment, HR Operations and HRBP activities.
• Experience in bulk hiring and employee lifecycle management.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities
