Job summary

Ifluids Engineering in Chennai, India seeks an HR professional to lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee development. You will manage job postings, sourcing, and the end-to-end employment process while ensuring compliance and smooth induction for new hires.

You will monitor performance, advise on policies, handle compensation and reimbursements, and maintain accurate digital records to keep the work environment organized and compliant.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in HR, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills including HRIS and Excel.
• Good at database management and record-keeping.
• Organized and efficient in daily tasks.
• Able to negotiate and resolve issues effectively.

• Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
• Recruitment & Selection (Job post and sourcing profiles in Naukri and LinkedIn)
• Orientation and Induction program for new employees and training existing employees.

• Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
• Communicating with employees about issues affecting their performance.

Preferred candidate profile
