PropertyshopIndia.com is seeking an experienced HR operations leader in UP to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee records, ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization. You will coordinate payroll inputs, handle joining and exit formalities, draft policies, and address employee queries to maintain a positive work culture while ensuring statutory compliance.
