Dadus in India is seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end retail hiring, from sourcing to joining. You will screen resumes, conduct initial calls, coordinate interviews with store operations, and maintain talent pipelines to meet manpower targets.

You will also handle offers, salary negotiations, and joining formalities while tracking joining ratios and reducing early attrition. This role requires close collaboration with store managers and regional HR teams to align on requirements.

Responsabilités

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail positions, including Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Sales Executives, Cashiers, Store Associates, and other store staff.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, walk-ins, job fairs, and local recruitment networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and store operations teams.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per recruitment targets and manpower requirements.
• Coordinate offer rollouts, salary negotiations, joining formalities, and follow-ups with selected candidates.
• Track candidate joining ratios and reduce offer dropouts and early attrition.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports, including open positions, interviews, offers, and joining status.
• Work closely with store managers and regional HR teams to understand manpower requirements.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
