Job summary

Greytip Software Private Limited in India seeks a dynamic recruitment professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for 275+ retail stores across Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. You will source, screen and interview candidates through multiple channels, coordinate interviews, manage offers, pre-joining and onboarding, and build a robust talent pipeline.

You will maintain recruitment trackers/ATS, collaborate with business leaders on hiring needs and support employer branding and recruitment

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail roles across 275+ stores (Respective locations Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad).
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple hiring channels.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offer rollout, pre-joining, and onboarding.
• Build a strong talent pipeline and ensure timely hiring within defined TAT.
• Maintain recruitment trackers/ATS and collaborate with business leaders on hiring needs.
• Support employer branding and recruitment drives as required.
