Job summary

Lenskart in India is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our retail business. You will source, screen and interview candidates across multiple channels, and partner closely with hiring managers to meet SLAs and Manning targets.

The role requires building a strong pipeline, negotiating offers and driving closures while maintaining a high candidate experience. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently as well as in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience across various roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen profiles through multiple channels including referrals, social networks, alumni base and headhunting.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting process for the retail business.
• Ensure Manning capacity targets are met (95%+).
• Build partnerships with business to understand hiring needs and SLAs.
• Develop and manage competition portfolios through rigorous sourcing.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and communicate progress.
• Negotiate offers and drive closures across roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source & screen relevant profiles through multiple channels including Employee Referrals, Social Networking Sites, Alumni Base, Head Hunting, Passive Sourcing and ensure a healthy source mix is maintained
• To manage the end to end recruiting process for our retail business
• To ensure 95% manning capacity at all times
• Build great partnership with business in terms of understanding the needs and delivering as per agreed SLAs
• Developing & managing respective competition portfolio by rigorous sourcing
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role and the company culture
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and follow-up communication
• Manage end to end recruitment process, including negotiating job offers and driving closures

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruiting for a variety of positions and levels
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and trends
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
