Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a dedicated recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for retail store roles across assigned locations in India. You will manage manpower requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, joining, and handover to the business.

Key responsibilities include driving bulk hiring for store openings and high-attrition locations, sourcing through portals, walk-ins, referrals, campus hiring, and local market mapping, coordinating interview schedules, and ensuring smooth onboarding

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for retail store roles (Sales Associate, Senior SA, ASM, Store Manager, etc.) across assigned locations.
• Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout, joining, and final handover to the business.
• Drive bulk and mass hiring initiatives for store expansions, new store openings, and high-attrition locations.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, walk-ins, referrals, campus hiring, and local market mapping.
• Coordinate interview schedules with business stakeholders and ensure timely feedback and closures.
• Ensure offer acceptance, pre-joining engagement, and seamless onboarding to minimize dropouts.
• Act as the single point of contact between candidates, HR, and business teams until successful joining and handover.
• Maintain and track recruitment metrics such as TAT, conversion ratios, joining percentage, and hiring pipeline status.
• Support workforce planning by providing market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring feasibility for different locations.
