Job summary

Eminence HR in Chennai is seeking a proactive recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across departments. You will source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other channels, screen resumes, and conduct initial HR interviews.

You will coordinate with hiring managers, schedule interviews, maintain candidate trackers, negotiate salary packages, and follow up through joining.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment across departments.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
