Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement recruiting strategies across job boards, social media, and networks to attract candidates.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage requisition intake, offer negotiations, and closing for technical roles with quick, quality turnarounds.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and liaise with hiring managers.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, brand-aligned experience for all applicants.
• ATS/Recruitment Module Management: Maintain records in HRMS/ATS and generate recruitment analytics.

Avendum Technologies, a dynamic IT firm in Gurugram, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented HR Executive with a strong focus on recruitment. This role requires 70% dedication to talent acquisition and 30% to essential HR operations. Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of experience, hold an MBA/Post-Graduate degree, and be proficient with an HRMS platform.

About the Role

The HR Executive will be the engine for sourcing and securing top talent, particularly in technical domains. Leveraging a post-graduate background, they will contribute strategic insight to the recruitment process. Simultaneously, they will manage key operational tasks, ensuring a smooth administrative flow across the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Strategy: Developing and implementing effective and strategic sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across various platforms (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.).
• End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer negotiation and acceptance, with a focus on quick and quality turnaround time for technical roles.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conducting initial screenings, scheduling, and participating in competency-based interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive, professional, and brand-aligned experience for all candidates.
• ATS/Recruitment Module Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities within the HRMS/ATS, and leveraging data for recruitment analytics.

30% HR Operations & Administration (Process Management)

• Onboarding & Offboarding: Executing smooth onboarding processes, including documentation, background checks, and new hire orientation. Handling exit formalities and documentation during offboarding.
• HRMS Management: Utilizing the HRMS Software (knowledge of system administration is a plus) to maintain accurate employee data, update records, and generate actionable reports related to headcount, recruitment metrics, and turnover.
• Policy Support: Assisting employees with basic HR policy queries and administrative requests, ensuring adherence to organizational guidelines.
• Documentation: Ensuring compliance by maintaining comprehensive and organized employee files and HR records.

• MBA or Post-Graduate degree in Human Resources or a related specialization is mandatory.
• 2-3 years of experience as an HR Executive, with demonstrably strong experience in technical/IT recruitment.
• Proven experience and a good working knowledge of any major HRMS Software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Zoho People, etc.) is mandatory.
