Job summary

Supra Pacific Financial Services is seeking a recruitment professional in Kerala to drive end-to-end hiring. You will understand manpower needs, source candidates through multiple channels, screen resumes, and conduct telephonic interviews to build a strong pipeline.

The role includes coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth onboarding. You will maintain recruitment trackers, achieve targets within the defined TAT, and support campus drives and employer branding

Responsibilities

• Understand manpower requirements from business and branch heads.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and field recruitment drives.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Perform reference and background verification.
• Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
• Achieve hiring targets within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
• Build talent pipelines for critical and high-volume positions.
• Coordinate campus drives, walk-in interviews, and recruitment campaigns.
• Monitor offer acceptance and joining ratios.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
