• Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
• Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and organizational requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate salaries and manage offer discussions with selected candidates.
• Ensure smooth joining and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Meet recruitment targets, timelines, and hiring SLAs.
