Job summary

Pakkar Leather Exports in Tirupattur, Tamil Nadu, seeks a capable Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for staff and blue-collar roles. You will source candidates through portals, agencies, referrals, campus drives, and walk-ins; screen resumes; coordinate interviews with hiring managers; and handle offers and joining formalities.

Additionally, you will build a talent pipeline, maintain records, monitor metrics like time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, and support employer branding

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for staff and blue-collar positions.
• Understand manpower requirements from department heads and prepare recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, employee referrals, social media, campus drives, and walk-in interviews.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers.
• Verify candidate qualifications, experience, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer letters, and joining formalities.
• Ensure timely onboarding, induction, and deployment of new employees.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
• Build relationships with recruitment consultants, colleges, ITIs, and training institutes.
• Track recruitment metrics such as vacancies, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, joining ratio, and retention.
• Maintain recruitment records, reports, and candidate databases.
• Ensure recruitment complies with company policies.
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs and recruitment campaigns.
