Job summary

Analytics Training Hub is seeking a recruitment professional to source candidates through online channels and initiate outreach to passive talent. The role involves screening applications, coordinating interviews (phone, video, and in-person), and delivering concise shortlists to hiring managers.

You will also manage assessments, follow up on interview progress, and handle administrative duties as needed to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Qualifications

• Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Interview candidates via phone, video and in-person.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

• Follow up on the interview process status.
• When required perform admin work.
