Job summary

Helo is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter in Mumbai to coordinate staffing needs with hiring managers, create job descriptions, and source candidates through online channels.

You will screen and interview candidates, refine top fits, assist in onboarding and training, manage employee records, and support compensation and benefits administration while promoting effective HR programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs across departments.
• Define candidate selection criteria with managers and staff.
• Source applicants through online channels like LinkedIn.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions reflecting role requirements.
• Screen and shortlist candidates, refining down to best fits.
• Plan interview processes including screening calls and in-person interviews.
• Assist in compensation and benefits planning.
• Support talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
• Coordinate onboarding and organize training initiatives.
• Provide HR support on leaves, compensation, and workplace issues.
• Promote HR programs to maintain an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
• Maintain employee files in electronic and paper form.

Job description

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments

Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff

Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks

Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position

Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews

Administer compensation and benefit plans

Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes

Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives

Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
