Job summary

Max Estates is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions. You will source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and other channels, screen resumes, and conduct telephonic/video interviews.

You will coordinate interview schedules, negotiate offers, and maintain candidate records to ensure a positive experience throughout the process. Ideal candidates bring strong communication and stakeholder management, along with familiarity with ATS

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to understand hiring needs and prepare job descriptions.
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities across portals and networks.
• Proficient in screening resumes and shortlisting.
• Experience conducting telephonic/video interviews.
• Ability to coordinate interview schedules and stakeholder communication.
