Job summary

Fitzdo is seeking an IT recruitment specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for developers, DevOps, QA, UI/UX, full stack, cloud, and other technical roles in a service-based IT environment.

The candidate will source, screen, coordinate interviews with technical panels, negotiate salaries, and drive offers through onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience in Bangalore.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Recruitment / IT Staffing.
• Experience in a Service-Based IT Company.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment for Developers, DevOps, QA, UI/UX, Full Stack, Cloud, and other technical roles.
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Experience in handle Technical calls with the Technical panel in interview.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT recruitment processes for developers and technical roles across stack.
• Coordinate screening and interview logistics with technical panels.
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding for new hires.
• Utilize sourcing tools to identify top candidates and manage pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to align on requirements and timelines.
