Job summary

Qapitol Qa is seeking an HR Recruiter with 3 to 5 years of IT and NON IT recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles in Bangalore.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri and other portals, screen profiles, conduct HR interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and negotiate offers while building a strong candidate pipeline. Immediate joiner preferred.

Qualifications
