Job summary

Shavish Group in Maharashtra is seeking an experienced Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles. You will analyze client Job Descriptions, source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals, and screen according to skills, experience, location, salary, and notice period.

You will coordinate interviews, negotiate salary and joining dates, maintain candidate databases, build relationships, and ensure a smooth process while reconnecting with past

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals, especially Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Ability to understand technical and non-technical job requirements.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Reconnect with previous applicants for relevant current and future opportunities.
• Maintain proper recruitment MIS and daily activity reports.
