Job summary

Vfryt in Chennai, India, is seeking a Non IT Recruiter to build a robust candidate pipeline, screen resumes, and conduct phone screenings. You will own the candidate experience and manage interview coordination and closing processes.

Responsibilities include developing job postings and position requirements, performing reference checks, facilitating offers and onboarding, and maintaining recruitment trackers and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 1 year of recruiting experience in Non IT or IT.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Candidate requirement:

• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable making decisions independently
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
• Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
