Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR recruitment experience.
• Gold Loan / NBFC industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-handling skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and close positions within timelines.
• Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Visakhapatnam are preferred.
