Job summary

Decorpot in Bengaluru is seeking an energetic HR Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment for Operations, Sales and Design. You will manage bulk hiring, PAN India roles, and source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals.

The role requires handling salary negotiations, maintaining candidate records, and delivering an excellent candidate experience while representing the HR brand with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• MBA in HR or HR-related specialization is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably bulk and PAN India hiring.
• Strong proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, job postings, and candidate sourcing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
• Should be well-spoken, confident, proactive, and result-oriented.
