Job summary

Loom Solar is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for South Indian regions. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and social media, focusing on Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

You will coordinate interviews, screenings and offers, ensuring timely closures and smooth onboarding. The role requires strong sourcing, screening, communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to handle

• Experience in South Indian recruitment/hiring.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage offer roll-outs, joining follow-ups, and onboarding coordination.
