Sindhuja Micro Credit is seeking a Recruitment Specialist who will manage end-to-end hiring processes, coordinate with multiple branches, and train new joiners as needed. The role requires regular travel and strong communication skills to ensure smooth recruitment operations across locations.

The candidate should be comfortable visiting branches at least twice a week and work closely with HR to align staffing with business goals in the Maharashtra region.
