Job summary

PropCID in Uttar Pradesh is seeking an HR recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, focusing on real estate hiring. You will source candidates through free portals and social networks, coordinate interviews, and drive bulk hires.

The role emphasizes data management in Excel, onboarding support, and ensuring compliance records. You will collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and maintain timely recruitment cycles.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR or recruitment experience; real estate experience preferred.
• Experience in bulk hiring and recruitment through free or low-cost platforms.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, data management, reporting, and database maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of PF, ESI, and applicable statutory compliance.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
