Job summary

Vishal Misra is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter for its Bengaluru real estate operations. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to joining, and hire Sales Executives, Property Consultants, Team Leaders and other roles for the real estate business.

You will source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels, handle onboarding, attendance, leave records and employee documentation, and prepare letters and payroll inputs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a real estate company recruiting real estate sales professionals.
• 2-5 years of HR/Talent Acquisition experience.
• End-to-end recruitment and daily HR operations.
• Experience with Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
