Job summary

Abhee Ventures Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Projects, Engineering, and corporate functions. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding while building a robust talent pipeline for real estate roles.

Additionally, you will support HR operations, onboarding, transfers, payroll inputs, attendance, and performance management, ensuring compliance and timely MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of HR experience with hands-on talent acquisition exposure.
• Real estate/construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability in volume and niche hiring.
• Good knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Projects, Engineering, Corporate and support functions.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, Naukri, consultants, referrals and other channels.
• Coordinate with business heads and hiring managers on manpower needs.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reports; close positions within timelines.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for critical real estate roles.
• Manage recruitment consultants and negotiate commercials when needed.
• Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers and exits.
• Support HR policies, HRMS, payroll inputs, attendance and leave processes.
• Assist performance management, engagement and employee relations initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements; prepare MIS.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations – 20%

• Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers and exits.
• Support HR policies, documentation, HRMS and employee records.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance and leave-related processes.
• Support performance management, employee engagement and employee relations initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies and statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR MIS and reports for management review.

Candidate Profile:
