Stallions Proptech Solutions in Mumbai invites an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate sales and non-sales roles. You will source candidates, screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers.

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and strong follow-through are essential. Experience in bulk hiring or sales/field staff recruitment is preferred, and exposure to Real Estate Sales hiring would be an added advantage.

• Strong communication and follow-up skills are mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

• Negotiate salary packages, release offer letters, and ensure timely joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Ensure regular follow-ups with selected candidates to minimise offer dropouts and no-shows.
• Coordinate pre-joining formalities, document collection, and employee onboarding.
• Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Preferred candidate profile :

Candidates from Recruitment firms / Consultants or other industries having experience in bulk hiring or Sales / Field staff recruitment would be preferred.

Prior experience of Real Estate Sales hiring would be an added advantage.

Good communication and perseverance to followup is mandatory for this role.

Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is necessary.
