BIGS in Jaipur is hiring for an HR executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement at the branch.

You will maintain HR records, coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and handle payroll/attendance queries while ensuring labor law compliance.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of HR experience, familiarity with HRMS software and MS Office, and strong communication and organizational skills.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening and onboarding

Requirements

• 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the services industry
• Working knowledge of HRMS software and MS Office
• Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
