• HR record-keeping, including employee files, attendance records, and performance.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and motivation.
• Prepare and submit HR reports, including recruitment metrics, employee turnover, and training participation.
• Provide information on company policies, procedures, and culture.
• Analyse HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• End-to-end management of statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, LWF, along with payroll processing and coordination.
