• Post job openings and manage hiring through various platforms.
• Manage onboarding and maintain HRMS data.
• Support payroll by preparing monthly HR inputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews).
• Post job openings and manage hiring through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Manage onboarding, documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
• Maintain HRMS data, attendance, and leave records.
• Support payroll by preparing monthly HR inputs.
• Handle employee grievances and HR queries.
• Organize employee engagement activities and events.
• Coordinate performance reviews and appraisal cycles.
• Manage exit process and conduct exit interviews.
• Minimum 2 years experience as HR Executive / HR Generalist.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HRMS systems & recruitment tools.
• Basic understanding of labour laws & HR policies.
