Job summary

Kidbea® is looking for an experienced and proactive Human Resources Executive to join our growing team in Noida. If you enjoy working across HR operations, recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and people management, we’d love to hear from you!

Based in Noida, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, oversee joining to exit formalities, handle monthly payroll, attendance, and employee records, and ensure compliance with PF/ESI and other statutory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.
• Experience with Payroll, PF, ESI, HRMS/HRIS, and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience in recruitment and employee engagement.
• Good understanding of HR policies and basic labour laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
• Handle employee lifecycle management, including joining, documentation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Manage monthly payroll, attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Handle PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory compliance.
• Maintain and update employee information through HRMS/HRIS.
• Address employee queries and support employee relations.
• Plan and execute employee engagement, team-building, and culture initiatives.
• Support performance management processes, HR policies, and internal communication.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality of employee information.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day HR operations.

• Ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities independently and efficiently.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Candidates with experience in Retail, Apparel, D2C, or Consumer Brands will be preferred.
