Job summary

Infocusp Innovations is seeking an HR professional to own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT/software roles and manage day-to-day employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. The role also involves shaping policies with the HR head, planning office events, and overseeing office/admin operations to keep the workplace running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in IT/software.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ATS, resume databases and job boards.

• Participate/manage job fairs and campus hiring events.
• Establish and reinforce a positive working environment.
• Work closely with the HR head to design and implement policies.

• Coordinate and work with consultants (PF, CA, Recruitment agency, etc.)

• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet the desired results.
