Role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and maintaining pipelines. You will prepare recruitment MIS reports and stay updated on market trends to align with client needs.

Qualifications

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle with sourcing, screening, shortlisting and interview coordination.
• Understand client requirements (JDs) and align candidate profiles accordingly.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and networks.
• Conduct initial HR screening and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database for quick closures.
• Coordinate with clients for interview scheduling, feedback and closures.
• Negotiate salary and offer discussions with candidates.
• Ensure timely closures as per client expectations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on recruitment status.
• Stay updated with industry trends, hiring practices and market intelligence.
