Job summary

MFC Transport is seeking a seasoned Recruitment professional to lead end-to-end non-IT hiring across multiple levels. The role involves understanding job requirements, coordinating with hiring managers, and sourcing candidates through various channels.

You will screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and manage interviews and salary discussions to ensure a smooth candidate experience. Ideal candidates bring 12+ years of Non-IT recruitment experience, excellent communication and negotiation

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles.
• Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles concurrently.
• Proven negotiation and offer management.
• Proficient with MS Excel and recruitment portals.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across various levels.
• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and the respective hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Manage salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate trackers, recruitment MIS, and hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure positions are closed within the defined TAT.
• Maintain proper recruitment documentation and database records.
