Job summary

Xponentiate is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles within our hospital network in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and onboard quality talent efficiently, supporting multiple departments and timelines.

You will handle full-cycle recruitment, collaborate with department heads, and build a strong talent pool for critical hospital positions while ensuring a positive candidate experience and data-driven recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital hiring.
• Familiarity with hiring for clinical and non-clinical hospital roles.
• Strong sourcing skills via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals or consultants.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in ATS/recruitment tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Source candidates for clinical roles (doctors, nurses, paramedics) and non-clinical staff.
• Coordinate with department heads to define job specifications.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers/MIS.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding for new hires.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for urgent hospital positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and offer-to-joining ratio.
