As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting healthcare professionals across North America. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare roles, qualifications, and industry trends, as well as exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Screening and Selection: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with position requirements and organizational culture.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about healthcare industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
• Reporting: Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management as required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
