Qualifications

• Familiar with medical terminology, clinical roles, and healthcare compliance processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills; proficiency with ATS.

• Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: Develop recruitment strategies and source candidates via job portals, networks, and platforms; maintain a candidate pipeline.

Job Summary

We are hiring an HR Recruiter to drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process for clinical and non-clinical roles. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified healthcare professionals, including medical officers, nurses, paramedics, and administrative staff across corporate sites, Occupational Health Centers (OHCs), and specialized medical facilities. You will partner with clinical heads and operations managers to ensure staffing levels meet service level agreements and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: Develop recruitment strategies and source candidates via job portals, networks, platforms like LinkedIn, and campus placements. Maintain a candidate pipeline for active, passive, and high-turnover roles.
• Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial screening calls. Verify critical healthcare credentials, including medical council registrations, nursing licenses, and certifications such as ACLS, BLS, and AFI. Coordinate technical and clinical interview rounds.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate directly with Operations Managers and site coordinators. Provide regular recruitment metric updates to the leadership team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor's degree or any UG degree is required, though an MBA in HR is preferred.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter (2-3 years minimum). A background in healthcare, hospitals, or corporate wellness is highly preferred. Experience handling recruitment activities from Nursing Colleges across Tamil Nadu is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with medical terminology, clinical roles, and healthcare compliance processes.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Attributes: High sense of urgency, detail-oriented, and the ability to seamlessly manage multiple open requisitions.
• Transport support will be provided for outstation work.
