Job summary

Xponentiate is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles across our hospital network in Mumbai.

You will source, screen, and onboard top talent, coordinating with department heads and hiring managers to define precise job specifications. The role requires healthcare recruitment experience and strong communication.

This is a hands-on position focusing on timely hiring metrics and building a durable talent pool for critical hospital positions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, MBA or related field.
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably healthcare.
• Experience hiring for clinical and non-clinical hospital roles.
• Proficiency in ATS and MS Office.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer.
• Source clinical and non-clinical hospital staff via portals, referrals, and consultants.
• Coordinate with department heads to define job specs.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS.
• Negotiate offers and onboard new hires.
• Build a talent pool for urgent hospital roles.
• Ensure positive candidate experience.
• Track metrics like time-to-hire and offer-to-joining.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles within our hospital network. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare recruitment and a strong ability to source, screen, and onboard quality talent efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Source candidates for clinical roles (doctors, nurses, paramedics) and non-clinical/support staff through job portals, referrals, and consultants
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and define job specifications
• Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment trackers/MIS
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding formalities for new hires
• Build and maintain a talent pool for critical/urgent hospital positions
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio)

Required Skills & Qualifications
